We spent a nice weekend at this charming hotel. It has classic looks and traditional features, like windows or staircases. If you look for a bit romantic, you find it. If you look for cold and impersonal, you won't find that. Although the hotel has its classic features, yet it has all modern possibilities. Clean bathrooms, clean beds, good breakfast. We asked for vegan milk and we got it. The team of the hotel was very friendly, at the reception as well as during the breakfast. The team was running to get fresh supplies of fruits/bread and other goodies for the hungry guests :-) . The position between two metro stations and relatively in the center makes points of interests within your reach.

Clean and cozy hotel. Excellent location. Had everything you could need a short walk away- bars, cafes, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, metro, bus. The hotel was in a charming quiet road. The neighborhood was clean, safe and full of beautiful buildings. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was small but I felt like it fit us just fine. The bathroom was very clean and shiny. Weirdly enough, the toilet seat was quite comfortable. The entire hotel was very clean in general. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a Standard Twin (with a lovely garden view) for 7 nights. The location can't be beat...it's close to the Underground and to a safe, thriving neighborhood with excellent stores and restaurants, and within walking distance of Paddington Station (10-15 minutes, depending on your pace) and Bayswater Station (less than 5 minutes). The room was fairly quiet except for very late night noise from cars and people returning from bars. The staff was very helpful and nice and someone is at reception 24-7. As far as the room itself goes, it was very tight for two adults and although we're fairly small people, we had trouble moving around in the bathroom, and it was very hot in there, so we always felt like we needed another shower when we got out. Not sure if this is a UK thing or not, but there is no outlet in the bathroom and only a couple of outlets in the bedroom area, and the only way to achieve softer lighting is to use the reading lights above the beds...there are no individual lamps to soften the bright overhead lights. The breakfast room was small and chaotic, so we ended up eating locally after the first day. Would we stay here again? Probably, because of the excellent location, cleanliness, safety of neighborhood, pleasant staff, and the price, but we would definitely get a larger room.

The rooms are nothing fancy but it’s the perfect location, close to everything you need for exploring London. The square has beautiful buildings. The bathrooms are recently renovated, bright and clean. Staff were friendly and it was quiet at night. Had a lovely stay, would definitely stay here again next time I’m in London!

A lovely hotel at an excellent location! Great value for money, apart from breakfast - would not buy that again. Very clean, basic rooms, good beds, nice big towels. Rooms are quite small, but that is expected in London. The best thing about the hotel is the location - several underground stations nearby, lots of shops and restaurants just around the corner. Would definitely consider coming again!

I had such a great experience staying at London House Hotel for 4 nights and would absolutely stay again. Booking directly through the hotel was seamless, and the staff gave honest, helpful advice — they let me pay for breakfast only on days I wanted it, which was perfect since I often slept in (jet lag!) or had brunch plans. Before I arrived, they emailed to confirm my requests (high floor, extra blanket, adapter) and met them all at check-in. Everything felt personalized and welcoming. The room was small but exactly as described — clean, cozy, and ideal for a solo traveler. The bathroom sink has no counter space which was my only hiccup. Everything else (bed, view, closet, vanity) was perfect for me. The secure keycard entry made me feel safe, and hallway noise was minimal. The Kensington location is unbeatable for the price — my friends thought I was rich staying there (I’m not!). It’s a great value, convenient, and comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel facing a beautiful square, nice and quiet residential area close to Notting Hill with 2 tube stations at 3 minutes walk. Nice selection of food at breakfast, lovely staff and yes, rooms are tiny but hey, that’s London. We chose a double room with garden view (209). I had already been there during a previous trip and when in London I’ll be back. Away from the chaos yet 4 stops from Oxford Street and 5 minutes walk from Hyde Park.

Our stay at the London House Hotel was excellent. The location is very convenient, the team is very friendly and always helpful. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and two Underground stations within 5 minutes walking. The hotel rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, we loved the fact that we were able to open the windows, and there is a breakfast option. The internet is another good service provided. We will go back for sure.
